Shipping and Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. Your order will be carefully processed and packed. All claims for shortages and/or breakage must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping Charges are not refundable. No returns without written authorization. 25% re-stocking fees plus shipping will be charged on all returns or refused shipments.

Damaged Items:

We will process claims with carrier, for merchandise damaged during transit. We cannot accept claims for damages or breakage during use or general wear and tear. Please refer to PRODUCT CARE for recommended use.

Damage Claim Form:

Please log to your account, a claim form is available for your convenience. All required information will be part of the process. Be prepared to submit item and package pictures of damage as required by carriers.
